Reporting on series I've recently acquired
I had a lot of fun watching "You're Beautiful" so it was an obvious series to pick up in order to share the love. And share the love I did, getting rave responses from the women in my family, thanks to the well paced and insanely addictive storyline, complete with pretty boys and pretty girls-masquerading-as-pretty-boys.
The DVD itself fits the better quality standard from YA Entertainment, fitting sixteen episodes onto six discs, including three hours of behind the scenes footage.as bonus material. I do think the company missed some obvious bonus features in adding in some music videos (after all, this is a show about a boy band) and perhaps some karaoke options, but it does cutely include a song lyrics book for everyone who might get addicted to the music in addition to the show. While this show can be seen via streaming for free, I think serious fans of the show might want to own a piece of it on DVD, or perhaps one of a variety of pig-rabbit dolls and cheap rhinestone embedded hair clips as well.
